When obtaining large loads from above, it’s best to use tools to help you. Mechanical lifting aids can prevent back injuries. Using a ladder to lift objects can also protect you against strains and sprains. Additionally, taking rest breaks when standing or sitting for long periods can help your posture and prevent injury.
